TO ALL INTERESTED BIDDERS
The Province of Negros Oriental is planning to procure the following goods “Three Lots Various Construction Materials – comprising of 100 pcs. Fiber Glass Floatie, 0.70mL x 0.70mW x 0.35t per cube. 45 Bamboo Poles (140mm ave. dia.; 20 ft. min. lgth) and 210m. – 12mm Nylon Rope” thru the mode of procurement “Negotiated Procurement” as a result of Two Failed Biddings, in accordance with Section 53.1 of the IRR of R.A. 9184.
In this connection, you are invited to submit your quotation for the proposed project which includes the following:
Eligibility Documents – Class “A” Documents
- SEC Registration or DTI Registration
- Mayor’s permit
- Statement of all its ongoing and completed govt. and private contracts within the period of 5 years, a single contract that is similar of this Project, equivalent to at least twenty-five percent (25) of the ABC
- Audited Financial Statements stamped “received” by the BIR
- NFCC computation or Credit Line Certificate
Technical Documents –
- Bid Security – 2% of the ABC if in the form of Cash or Cashier’s/manager’s check or bank draft/guarantee or irrevocable letter of credit or 5% of the ABC if in the form of Surety Bond issued by insurance company duly certified by the Insurance Commission as authorized to issued such security
- Conformity with technical specifications and schedule of requirements (Using the attached form)
- Omnibus Sworn statement
Financial Component –
- Financial Bid Form, which includes the price schedules (Using the attached form)
You are required to submit the abovementioned requirements on July 18, 2012 (Wednesday) at 11:00 o’clock in the morning at the Old SP Session Hall, CapitolDumagueteCity during the negotiation conference.
