Addendum No. 1
This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of some changes and/or modifications introduced by the Bids and Awards Committee for the project requirements, viz:

Item no. 7.
Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before August 22, 2023 at 1:00 in the afternoon. Late bids shall not be accepted.
Item no. 9.
Bid opening shall be on August 22, 2023 at 1:30 in the afternoon, BAC Conference Room, Ground Floor, Convention Hotel, Capitol Area, Dumaguete City at the given address below. A representative from the interested supplier should be present during the bid opening.

Bid opening shall be on August 22, 2023 at 9:00 in the morning, BAC Conference Room, Ground Floor, Convention Hotel, Capitol Area, Dumaguete City at the given address below. The prospective bidder or its duly representative should be present during the bid opening. Failure to attend is automatically disqualified. |
