Notice is hereby given that the schedule for the Submission and Opening of Bids on August 21, 2013 is MOVED to August 22, 2013 (Thursday) at the same time and venue because August 21, 2013 is declared as Special Non-Working Holiday.
Bidders are enjoined to take note and consider the following changes in the preparation of their bids.
