Addendum No. 1

 

This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders that due to the request of the end-user, there is a need to CANCEL item no. 7 for the project requirements “Various Medicines for the use at Pharmacy Section for various patients of NOPH” under Bid No. B-96-2014, ABC: P1,122,000.00. This shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents.

 

• DELETE item no. 7

 

 

 

Therefore the Final Total ABC is P1,094,500.00.

 

 

Bidders are enjoined to take note and consider the following changes in the preparation of their bids.
