SUPPLEMENTAL/BID BULLETIN
Addendum No. 1
This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of some changes and/or modifications in the project requirements “To Supply, Installation & Implementation of Enhanced Legislative Management and Tracking System with e-session features and Web-Based Searching and Retrieval System for the use at the Office of the Secretary to the SP, Province of Negros Oriental under Bid No. B-94-2014 with an of ABC of P1,800,000.00. This shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents.
Notice is hereby given that the projects stated above are GROUPED as ONE (1) LOT. Thus, the interested bidder must submit its bid proposal (for Hardware ad Software) good for one (1) lot and not by two (2) lots..
Bidders are enjoined to take note and consider the following changes in the preparation of their bids.
