Addendum No. 2

 

This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders that in view of some of some changes and/or modifications introduced by the Bids and Awards Committee of the project requirements “Purchase of Medical Oxygen Generator for Negros Oriental Provincial Hospital, Dumaguete City (ABC:P36,000,000.00) under Bid No. B-52-2015, there is a need to change the timelines of our bidding.

 

Notice is hereby given to inform prospective Bidders of the final schedule, viz:

 

• Pre-bid Conference: July 1, 2015 (2:15 in the afternoon at Old Session     

                                     Hall, 2^nd Flr., Capitol Building, Dumaguete City)

 

• Submission and opening of bids: July 13, 2015 (10:00 in the morning at   

                                                         Old Session Hall, 2^nd Flr., Capitol  

                                                         Building, Dumaguete City)
