Addendum No. 1

 

This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of some changes and/or modifications introduced by the Bids and Awards Committee for the requirements “Various Medicines GWBVMH use, Guihlungan City, Negros Oriental” under Bid No. B-49-2022, ABC:P1,181,230.00. This shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents.

 

Notice is hereby given that all interested bidders are informed that due to the letter request of the end-user, there is a need to revise the quantity and the units cost of some items in order to conform to the recent price freeze circular issued by DOH.
