          This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of the additional requirements in the technical specifications for the project requirements “To hire contractor to provide materials, labor and equipment for the”Renovation of Multi-Purpose Building, Canlaon City, Negros Oriental  under Bid No. B-42-2014, ABC:P3,626,000.00, viz:

 

 

• Affidavit of Site Inspection

 

All interested bidders are required to submit, on the day of the submission of bids, an Affidavit of Site Inspection certified by the Provincial Engineer.
