SUPPLEMENTAL/BID BULLETIN

 

Addendum No. 1

 

 

This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of some changes and/or modifications in the project requirements, viz:

 

		ABC:
a.	Two (2) units Brand New Hydraulic Excavator for use in the various infrastructure projects of the Provincial Government (Bid No. B-38-2014)	P23,500,000.00
b.	One (1) unit Brand New 10-tonner Hydraulic Vibratory Roller for use in the various infrastructure projects of the Provincial Government (Bid No. B-39-2014)	P9,500,000.00
c.	Two (2) units Brand New 6-wheeler Dumptruck for use in the various infrastructure projects of the Provincial Government (Bid No. B-40-2014)	P17,000,000.00

 

This shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents.

 

Additional Requirements for Post-qualification requirements [BDS Sec. 29.2(d)]

 

• Affidavit stating that the bidder has no record of Non-Performance or Non-Forfeiture of Performance Bond from other client.
