SUPPLEMENTAL/BID BULLETIN

 

Addendum No. 1

 

            This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of some changes and/or modifications in the Various Medical Supplies for the use at the CSR Section of NOPH (Bid No. B-29-2013 – ABC: P6,855,196.00)”.  This shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents.

The following Items: 15, 16, 17, 18, 99, 100, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 137,138, 139, 140, 141 & 142 require certification from TWG for acceptability.

 

Bidders are enjoined to take note and use the above mentioned REVISED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS in the preparation of their bids.
