This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of some changes and/or modifications introduced by the Bids and Awards Committee for the requirements “12,400 tanks Medical Oxygen, refilled standard 1800 PSI/ 5.6 cu/ 5600 liters for the use at the CSR Section of NOPH (ABC P960,000.00 – Bid No. B-24-2014)”.
Notice is hereby given that the schedule for the Submission & Bid Opening on April 4, 2014 at 11:00 in the morning is MOVED to April 8, 2014 (Tuesday) at the same time and venue.
Bidders are enjoined to take note and consider the following changes in the preparation of their bids.
