Addendum No. 1

 

This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of some changes and/or modifications introduced by the Bids and Awards Committee for the requirements “Medical, Dental & Laboratory Supplies for the use of PHO Technical Division, Dumaguete City, Province of Negros Oriental” under Bid No. B-225-2023, ABC:P4,173,000.00, viz:

 

 

Additional requirements in the Post-Qualification:

 

  1. The winning bidder must have existing business establishment within Negros Oriental for faster transactions in the event that the replacement with items are requested by the end-user and have 24/7 service.

 

  1. That the winning bidder must have a TWG certification as to acceptability of the product and Certificate of Distributorship to avoid counterfeit product.

 

 

Bidders are enjoined to take note and consider the above amendments in the Terms and Conditions in the preparation of their bids.
