Addendum No. 1
This Bid Bulletin is issued to addressed the clarifications/queries raised by interested bidders for the requirements “To furnish Security Services good for ONE HUNDRED NINE (109) Security Guards to perform duties from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016 to the different offices and hospitals of the Provincial Government of Negros Oriental, 24 hours for 7 days a week with at least eight (8) hours per shift” under Bid No. B-215-2015, ABC:P18,703,718.00, viz:
- The number of working days required for the whole year is 393.5 days
- The administrative fee or Agency’s Margin of less than 10% is acceptable, pursuant to GPPB PM 03-2012
- Pursuant to 29.2c of Bid Data Sheet (BDS), SSS Clearance, DOLE Clearance, NLRC Clearance, PAG-IBG Clearance and Philhealth Clearance required during Post-qualification Requirements should be for the 3rd Quarter of CY 2015
- Revised Cost Distribution Form (pls. see attached revised form)
