SUPPLEMENTAL/BID BULLETIN

Addendum No. 1

 

This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of some changes and/or modifications introduced by the Bids and Awards Committee for the rebidding of the requirements Eight (8) Lots Various Sporting Goods to be used by the Negros Oriental Delegation during the conduct of the Palarong Panrehiyon 2020, Province of Negros Oriental  under Bid No. B-19-2020, ABC:P3,945,425.00. This shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents.

 

Amendments in the Technical Specifications & Terms and Conditions:

 

  1. Bag offered must be “canvas cloth”
  2. Delivery Schedule: All items must be fully delivered 3 days before the activity (Feb. 20, 2020).
  3. A pre-implementation conference between the winning bidder and the end user must be conducted in order to discuss in detail (e.g. kind and/or quality of cloth to be used, sizes, etc.) the specification of each item.
  4. All interested bidder shall bring sample during bid opening. The sample items prescribed by the winning bidder during the bid opening should be the exact description to be delivered, or else items will be rejected by the end-user.

 

Bidders are enjoined to take note and consider the following changes in the preparation of their bids.
