Addendum No. 1

 

This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of some changes and/or modifications introduced by the Bids and Awards Committee for the requirements “Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of Two (2) Sets LED Outdoor Board connected with Fiber Optic to the Control Room of the Capitol, Office of the Governor, Province of Negros Oriental” under Bid No. B-172-2023, ABC:P6,000,000.00, viz:

 

Clarifications in the Technical Specifications:

 

  1. The Communication wires to be used for the project are Fiber Optic Cables, UTP Cables and Electrical Wires.

 

  1. 2 Sets Mast Fabrication composed of 4 Pedestal, 4 Footings, iBeam & Anchor Bolts.

 

  1. The thickness of the footings must be at least 30 cm.

 

  1. Soil Testing is of Bidders Responsibilities.

 

  1. Item no. 8 in the Terms and Conditions:

Change to: Response time is within the day.

 

  1. Item no. 9 in the Terms and Conditions:

To delete item no. 9 from the requirement including 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4 & 9.5

 

 

Bidders are enjoined to take note and consider the above mentioned clarifications in the technical specifications in the preparation of their bids.
