SUPPLEMENTAL/BID BULLETIN

 

Addendum No. 1

 

This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of some changes and/or modifications introduced by the Bids and Awards Committee for the requirements “Purchase of Three (3) units Brand New 6 Wheeler Dumptruck (10 tons or 10m³ cap.), PEO, Dumaguete City, Province of Negros Oriental” under Bid No. B-162-2021, ABC:P11,600,000.00. This shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents.

 

 

Additional Requirement in the Terms and Conditions: 

 

• The winning bidder must submit during the opening of bids, a contract/MOA between the bidder and its service center which is located here in the Province in order to cater after sales services.

 

 

Bidders are enjoined to take note and consider the above additional requirements in the preparation of their bids.
