Addendum No. 1
This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of the additional requirements in the technical specifications for the requirements “To furnish labor for Janitorial services and to provide cleaning tools, equipment and chemicals to clean and to maintain the offices, comfort rooms, lobbies and corridors of the different offices and facilities of the Provincial Government of Negros Oriental for 26 days a month for Fifty (50) personnel to perform duties from January 1 to December 31, 2014 under Bid No. B-161-2013 with an ABC of P7,680,000.00”, viz:
- Bid Securing Declaration as one of the alternative Bid Security is accepted
- Organizational Chart relevant to the bidding project as additional requirement under Technical Documents
- Employees Compensation Contribution (ECC) must be included in the cost breakdown under B. Mandatory Premium Contributions Per Month (Bid Docs. p.47)
- No. of Holidays in a year under D. Summary Contract Rate Per Day is amended from 6 Holidays to 10 Holidays (Bid Docs. p.47)
Bidders are enjoined to take note and consider the following changes in the preparation of their bids.
