SUPPLEMENTAL/BID BULLETIN

 

Addendum No. 2

 

This Bid Bulletin is issued to addressed the clarifications/queries raised by interested bidders for the requirements “To furnish labor for Janitorial services and to provide cleaning tools, equipment and chemicals to clean and to maintain the offices, comfort rooms, lobbies and corridors of the different offices and facilities of the Provincial Government of Negros Oriental for 26 days a month for Fifty (50) personnel to perform duties from January 1 to December 31, 2014 under Bid No. B-161-2013 with an ABC of P7,680,000.00”. This shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents.

 

 

  • The administrative fee or Agency’s Margin of less than 10% is acceptable

 

  • SSS Table for CY 2014 should be used in the Cost Distribution

 

  • Tax Clearance, SSS Clearance, DOLE Clearance, PAG-IBG Clearance, and Philhealth Clearance are required during Post-qualification Requirements stage.
