Addendum No. 1

 

This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of some changes and/or modifications in the project requirements “Various Medical Supplies for the use at the CSR Section of NOPH under Bid No. B-153-2013, ABC: P2,708,550.00”.  This shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents.

  • Items to be delivered 10 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
