SUPPLEMENTAL/BID BULLETIN

 

Addendum No. 1

 

            This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of some changes and/or modifications introduced by the Technical Working Group (TWG) for the project requirements “Six (6) Lots Various Agro-Forestry Seedlings for the use in the Agro-Forestry Development in the 16 hinterlands barangays of Bindoy, Negros Oriental under Bid No. B-150-2014 with an ABC of P2,265,326.00”.  This shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents.

 

 

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  1. Mortality of planting materials upon delivery in specified site as stipulated in the Bidding Documents and additional mortality after seven (7) days from delivery must be replaced by the winning bidder/s;

 

  1. Fruit tree seedlings(lanzones and rambutan) must be asexually propagated (grafted or inarched); and

 

  1. Assorted vegetable seeds must be open-pollinated.

 

 

Bidders are enjoined to take note and consider the following changes in the preparation of their bids.
