This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of some changes and/or modifications introduced by the Bids and Awards Committee for the requirements “Purchase of Drugs and Medicines for the use at Pharmacy Section of NOPH” under Bid No. B-148-2023, ABC:P5,005,950.00, viz:

To be submitted during Post-qualification requirements:
- Certification from TWG for its acceptability
The bidders are required to indicate the brand and or make of the product on the bid documents. Moreover the participating bidder should submit samples to the end users or requisitioner for evaluation and requires a Certification from TWG for its acceptability on item nos. 4, 9, 11, 20, 25, 28-36, 38, 40, 42, 45-46, 52-53, 61-62 and 64 as basis for Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB) award.
- All bidders are required to submit CPR (Certificate of Product Registration) for all items quoted in the bid.
Bidders are enjoined to take note and consider the above mentioned amendments in the Terms and Conditions in the preparation of their bids.
