SUPPLEMENTAL/BID BULLETIN

 

Addendum No. 1

 

This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of some changes and/or modifications introduced by the Bids and Awards Committee for the requirements “Purchase of two (2) units Ambulance & Medical Equipment for the Operationalization of the Bais Health Center (Res. No. 946) Bais City, Province of Negros Oriental” under Bid No. B-135-2019, ABC:P5,266,000.00. This shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents.

 

Amendments in the Technical Specifications:  

 

Item 4   One (1) unit Defibrillator Machine (AED)	Change from:	Change to:
	Manufacturer’s warranty: 8 years	Manufacturer’s warranty:  5 years

 

Bidders are enjoined to take note and use the above mentioned REVISED Technical Specifications, in the preparation of their bids.
