SUPPLEMENTAL/BID BULLETIN

 

Addendum No. 1

 

This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of some changes and/or modifications introduced by the Bids and Awards Committee for the project requirements “To hire contractor to provide materials, labor and equipment for the “Concreting/ Improvement/ Upgrading of Paniabonan-Luyang-Panciao-Cabcaban-Highway 2000) Provincial Road, Mabinay-Manjuyod-Bindoy, Province of Negros Oriental”  under Bid No. B-12-2017 with an of ABC of P89,710,528.49. This shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents.

 

  • Amendments in Completion of Works

Completion of the Works is required from a range minimum of 160 to 240 Calendar Days.

 

  • Affidavit of Site Inspection

All interested bidders are required to submit, on the day of the submission of bids, an Affidavit of Site Inspection certified by the Provincial Engineer.

 

  • Interested bidder should attach this Supplemental/Bid Bulletin during bid opening

 

 

Bidders are enjoined to take note and consider the following changes in the preparation of their bids.
