SUPPLEMENTAL/BID BULLETIN
Addendum No. 1
This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of some changes and/or modifications introduced by the Bids and Awards Committee for the requirements “Purchase of One (1) Unit Reconditioned Surplus Motor Grader for use in the Rehabilitation of local roads Municipality of Siaton, Province of Negros Oriental under Bid No. B-12-2015, ABC:P2,831,850.00, viz:
1. Amendments in Bid Data Sheet (BDS) Sec. 18. 1 (page 25)
Change to:
18.1 The bid security shall be in the form of:
a.Bid Securing Declaration, or
b. P56,637.00, if bid security is in cash, cashier’s/manager’s check issued by a Universal or Commercial Bank.
2. All interested bidders are required to specify the brand and country of origin of the equipment they offer in their technical documents.
Bidders are enjoined to take note and consider the following changes in the preparation of their bids.
