SUPPLEMENTAL/BID BULLETIN

 

Addendum No. 1

 

This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of some changes and/or modifications introduced by the Bids and Awards Committee for the requirements “To furnish labor for Janitorial services and to provide cleaning tools, equipment and chemicals to clean and to maintain the offices, comfort rooms, lobbies and corridors of the different offices and facilities of the Provincial Government of Negros Oriental for 26 days a month for Fifty (50) personnel to perform duties from March 1 to December 31, 2014 under Bid No. B-11-2014 with an ABC of P6,400,000.00”. This shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents.

 

Amendments in the Technical Specifications

 

  • The updated ABC for nine (9) months is Php 5,760,000.00. Period cover is from April 1 to December 31, 2014.

 

  • As Required under Sec 29.2(d) of the BDS the additional Post-qualification requirements are as follows:

 

  1. For SSS Clearance – to attach 3rd quarter clearance and proof of payment for the 4th quarter of CY 2013.
  2. For Pag-ibig, Philhealth and DOLE Clearance – attach a Clearance for the 4th quarter of CY 2013, where the Principal Place of business is situated.

 

  • The Revised bid security shall be in the following amount:

 

 1. P115,200.00, security is in cash, cashier’s/manager’s check, bank  

     draft/guarantee or irrevocable letter of credit;

 

 2.  P288,000.00, if bid security is in Surety Bond;

 

 

             3. Bid Securing Declaration as issued by the GPPB; or

 

 4. Any combination of the foregoing proportionate to the share of form with  

     respect to total amount of security.

 

Bidders are enjoined to take note and consider the following changes in the preparation of their bids.
