  This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders that due to the request of the end-user, there is a need to CANCEL the schedule for the PRE-BID CONFERENCE ON JANUARY 13, 2016 at 10:40AM and the SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF BIDS ON JANUARY 27, 2016 AT 10:15AMfor the project requirements “Two (2) Lots Gabions & Hot Asphalt for the use in the Repair and Maintenance Roads, Highways and Bridges, CY-2015, Province of Negros Oriental” under Bid No. B-05-2016 with an ABC of P1,007,500.00.
