Additional Requirement:
- Bidder must present sample of the item offered. Samples must be properly marked and listed in reference to the bid items.
Additional Post-Qualification Requirement (BDS ITB Clause 20.1):
- The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental through its Bids and Awards Committee, will conduct an on-site inspection of the office/place of business of suppliers to determine their capability to deliver and confirm the availability of goods to be procured.
Bidders are enjoined to take note and consider the above mentioned changes in the preparation of their bids.
