This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders that due to the request of the end-user, requesting CANCELLATION of the bidding projects specified below, viz:

Notice is hereby given that the schedule for the Submission & Bid Opening on May 5, 2014 at 9:00 in the morning is CANCELLEDdue to the request of the end-user in order to revisit the specifications, terms and conditions of the heavy equipments stated above.
The revised timelines for this project will be announced in due time.
