SUPPLEMENTAL/BID BULLETIN
Addendum No. 2
This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of some changes and/or modifications introduced by the Bids and Awards Committee for the requirements “One (1) unit Fully Automated Urine Microscopy & Chemistry Analyzer and One (1) unit Fully Automated Chemistry Analyzer for the use at the Laboratory Section of NOPH (B-01-2014, ABC:P7,000,000.00)”. This shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents.
The Revised Project Title is:
“One (1) unit Fully Automated Urine Microscopy and Chemistry Analyzer or Better Technology
and
One (1) unit Fully Automated Chemistry Analyzer or Better Technology
for the use at the Laboratory Section of NOPH (B-01-2014, ABC:P7,000,000.00)”
Amendments in the Technical Specifications
For item No. 1 “One (1) unit Fully Automated Urine Microscopy and Chemistry Analyzer or Better Technology” DELETE the following technical specifications:
