Due to the Proclamation No. 1107 declaring December 8, 2021 (Wednesday) as Special Non-Working Holiday in celebration of Feast of the Immaculate Conception of Mary, all concerned are hereby notified that the BAC of the Province of Negros Oriental re-scheduled the Submission and Bid Opening of Bids on December 9, 2021 (Thursday) at the same time and venue.
