 will be postponed and rescheduled to December 3, 2019 at 1:30 in the afternoon. There will be no quorum on November 28, 2019 since all the BAC members will attend the Executive Meeting. However, the deadline for the submission of bids is still on November 28, 2019 10:00 o’clock in the morning.
