We are pleased to invite you in our negotiation conference for the project requirements To outcome Negros Oriental Ridge to Reef Tourism Product Audit: Farm Tourism Sites Audit, Ecotourism Sites Audit, Adventure Tourism Sites Audit, Emerging Tourism Sites Audit, Birdwatching Audit, Marine/Underwater Audit, Culinary Audit, and Accommodation Establishment Audit, Provincial Tourism Unit, Province of Negros Oriental with an ABC of P1,050,000.00, which will be procured by this province thru “NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT – Two Failed Biddings”, in accordance with the provision of Section 53.1 of the revised IRR of RA 9184.
Please submit ELIGIBILITY DOCUMENTS, TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS and FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS required during the negotiation conference on December 22, 2021 (Wednesday) at 9:00 in the morning at the old SP Session Hall, Capitol Dumaguete City.
Note: Proof of payment of bidding documents – P1,000.00 (Non-refundable)
