TO ALL INTERESTED BIDDERS
We are pleased to invite you in our negotiation conference for the project requirements requirement To hire contractor to provide materials, labor and equipment for three (3) Infrastructure Projects, viz: 1) Rehab. & Impv’t of Jimalalud-Bangkal Provincial Road, Jimalalud, Brgy. Bangkal, Jimalalud, Neg. Or.; 2) Impv’t of Saying Cabang Road, Brgy. Cabang, Jimalalud, Neg. Or.; 3) Impv’t. of Brgy. Road from So. Cabilinan to So. Anibong, Brgy. Bangcal, Jimalalud, Neg. Or. with an ABC of P2,254,000.00, which will be procured by this province thru “NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT – Two Failed Biddings”, in accordance with the provision of Section 53.1 of the revised IRR of RA 9184.
Please submit ELIGIBILITY DOCUMENTS, TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS and FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS required during the negotiation conference on March 5, 2020 (Thursday) at 10:00 in the morning at the old SP Session Hall, Capitol Dumaguete City.
Note: Proof of payment of bidding documents – P2,500.00 (Non-refundable)
