TO ALL INTERESTED BIDDERS

 

We are pleased to invite you in our negotiation conference for the project requirements To hire contractor to provide materials, labor and equipment for the “Road Concreting at Barangay San Miguel Santa Catalina, Negros Oriental” with an ABC of P980,000.00, which will be procured by this province thru “NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT – Two Failed Biddings”, in accordance with the provision of  Section 53.1 of the revised IRR of RA 9184.

 

Please submit ELIGIBILITY DOCUMENTS, TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS and FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS required during the negotiation conference on May 30, 2023 (Tuesday) at 9:00 in the morning at the BAC Conference Room, 4^th Floor, Convention Center, Dumaguete City.

 

 

Note:  Proof of payment of bidding documents  – P1,000.00 (Non-refundable)

                         

Please be guided accordingly.

Submitted documents without proper tabbing for all copies (3 envelopes) with name of the document

(not letters or numbers) and not book bounded (soft/hard) is automatically disqualified.
