TO ALL INTERESTED BIDDERS
- We are pleased to invite you in our negotiation conference for the project requirements One (1) Lot ,4 Infrastructure Projects, viz:

| B | To hire contractor to provide materials, Labor and equipment for the “Construction of Doctor’s Quaters with Own CR, Mabinay, Negros Oriental” | P1,960,000.00 |
| C | To hire contractor to provide materials, labor and equipment for the “Covered Pathways-New OPD to ER/Main Building, Mabinay, Negros Oriental | 294,000.00 |
| D | To hire contractor to provide materials, labor and equipment for the “Expansion/Construction of Pharmacy, Clinical Laboratory Room and Central Supply Room, Mabinay, Neg.or. | P2,940,000.00 |
with an ABC of P5,292,000.00, which will be procured by this province thru “NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT – Two Failed Biddings”, in accordance with the provision of Section 53.1 of the revised IRR of RA 9184.
Please submit ELIGIBILITY DOCUMENTS, TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS and FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS required during the negotiation conference on April 16, 2025 (Wednesday) at 1:30 in the afternoon at the BAC Conference Room, Ground Floor, Convention Hotel, Capitol Area, Dumaguete City.
Note: Proof of payment of bidding documents – P5,000.00 (Non-refundable)
Please be guided accordingly.

Submitted documents without proper tabbing for all copies (3 envelopes) with name of the document
