TO ALL INTERESTED BIDDERS
We are pleased to invite you in our negotiation conference for the project requirements Purchase of Brand New Car 4×4 Pick-up to be used for Inspection and verification of applied sand and gravel areas within the province, Monitoring of permitted and non-permitted sand and gravel areas within the province, conduct of check points and apprehensions in any part of the province, Respond thru inspection of sand and gravel areas with complaints, ENRD-PGO, Province of Negros Oriental with an ABC of P1,600,000.00, which will be procured by this province thru “NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT – Two Failed Biddings”, in accordance with the provision of Section 53.1 of the revised IRR of RA 9184.
Please submit ELIGIBILITY DOCUMENTS, TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS and FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS required during the negotiation conference on January 12, 2022 (Wednesday) at 9:00 in the morning at the old SP Session Hall, Capitol Dumaguete City.
Note: Proof of payment of bidding documents – P1,500.00 (Non-refundable)
