We are pleased to invite you in our negotiation conference for the project requirements Purchase of Twenty (20) units Field Tents for Mini Emergency Attending Facility to be used during pandemic, mass casualty incidents, other DRRM and health-related emergencies, response, rescue and retrieval operation, PDRRMC, Province of Negros Oriental with an ABC of P2,000,000.00, which will be procured by this province thru “NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT – Two Failed Biddings”, in accordance with the provision of Section 53.1 of the revised IRR of RA 9184.
Please submit ELIGIBILITY DOCUMENTS, TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS and FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS required during the negotiation conference on October 6, 2021 (Wednesday) at 9:00 in the morning at the BAC Conference Room, 4th Floor Convention Center, Dumaguete City.
Note: Proof of payment of bidding documents – P1,000.00 (Non-refundable)
