TO ALL INTERESTED BIDDERS
We are pleased to invite you in our negotiation conference for the project requirements requirement Purchase of One (1) unit Brand New DRRM/Emergency Response Vehicle (4×4 Close Van Box-Type) with Accessories to be used for hazard mapping, geotagging, vulnerability and risk assessment as well as other DRRM related activities, PDRRMC, Province of Negros Oriental with an ABC of P2,000,000.00, which will be procured by this province thru “NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT – Two Failed Biddings”, in accordance with the provision of Section 53.1 of the revised IRR of RA 9184.
Please submit ELIGIBILITY DOCUMENTS, TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS and FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS required during the negotiation conference on September 15, 2020 (Tuesday) at 10:00 in the morning at the old SP Session Hall, Capitol Dumaguete City.
Note: Proof of payment of bidding documents – P2,000.00 (Non-refundable)
