NOTICE OF NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT

TO ALL INTERESTED BIDDERS
We are pleased to invite you in our negotiation conference for the project requirements requirement To hire contractor to provide materials, labor and equipment for five (5) Infrastructure Projects, viz: 1) Const. of Drainage Canal, Brgy. Libjo, Manjuyod, Neg. Or. 2) Improvement of Brgy. Road, Brgy. Kauswagan, Manjuyod, Neg. Or. 3) Concreting of Brgy. Road, Brgy. Bagtic, Manjuyod, Neg. Or. 4) Conc. of Brgy. Road at Brgy. Alangilanan, Manjuyod, Neg. Or. 5) Concreting of Brgy. Road nat Brgy. Balaas, Manjuyod, Neg. Or. with an ABC of P5,880,000.00, which will be procured by this province thru “NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT – Two Failed Biddings”, in accordance with the provision of Section 53.1 of the revised IRR of RA 9184.
Please submit ELIGIBILITY DOCUMENTS, TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS, FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS and POST-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: (1. Latest Income and Business Tax return for CY 2018, 2. Contract documents relevant to the project such as: a.) Construction schedule and S-curve, b.) Manpower Schedule, c.) Construction methods, d.) Equipment utilization schedule, e.) Construction safety and health program plan, f.) PERT/CPM) required during the negotiation conference on May 26, 2020 (Tuesday) at 10:00 in the morning at the old SP Session Hall, Capitol Dumaguete City.
Note: Proof of payment of bidding documents – P5,000.00 (Non-refundable)
