We are pleased to invite you in our negotiation conference for the project requirements “One Cluster (2 Projects) – (1) Construction of Multi-Purpose Building/Evacuation Center; (2) Additional Appropriation for the Construction of Multi-Purpose Building/Evacuation Center with the Total ABC of P2,252,379.99, which will be procured by this province thru “NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT – Adjacent/Contiguous”, in accordance with the provision of Section 53.4 of the revised IRR of RA 9184.
Please submit ELIGIBILITY DOCUMENTS, TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS, FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS and POST-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: (1. Latest Income and Business Tax return for CY 2018, 2. Contract documents relevant to the project such as: a.) Construction schedule and S-curve, b.) Manpower Schedule, c.) Construction methods, d.) Equipment utilization schedule, e.) Construction safety and health program plan, f.) PERT/CPM) required during the negotiation conference on October 27, 2020 (Tuesday) at 10:00 in the morning at the old SP Session Hall, Capitol Dumaguete City.
Note: Proof of payment of bidding documents – P1,000.00 (Non-refundable)
