TO ALL INTERESTED BIDDERS

 

We are pleased to invite you in our negotiation conference for the project requirements “Five (5) Lots Training Materials and Supplies for use during the different GAD-Livelihood trainings, provincewide September 19 – December 6, 2023, GAD-Livelihood Program, PGO, Province of Negros Oriental” with an ABC of P2,360,767.00, which will be procured by this province thru “NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT – Two Failed Biddings”, in accordance with the provision of  Section 53.1 of the revised IRR of RA 9184.

 

Please submit ELIGIBILITY DOCUMENTS, TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS and FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS required during the negotiation conference on October 25, 2023 (Thursday) at 1:30 in the afternoon at the BAC Conference Room, Ground Floor, Convention Hotel, Capitol Area, Dumaguete City. The attendance of the prospective bidders or his/her duly representative is highly encouraged.

 

Note:  Proof of payment of bidding documents  – (Non-refundable)

 

P1,000.00	– For partial bidding 50% & below of ABC
P1,500.00	– For partial bidding above 50% but not to exceed 75% of ABC
P2,500.00	– For partial bidding above 75% of ABC

                       

Please be guided accordingly.

 

(VERY IMPORTANT: SEALED ENVELOPES CONTAINING THREE SETS OF DOCUMENTS UPON SUBMISSION)

 

Submitted documents without proper tabbing for all copies (3 envelopes) with name of the

document (not letters or numbers) and not book bounded (soft/hard) is automatically disqualified.
