TO ALL INTERESTED BIDDERS
We are pleased to invite you in our negotiation conference for the project requirements Purchase of Five (5) units Pick-Up Vehicle for Community Primary Hospitals Office use, Provincial Health Office, Province of Negros Oriental” with an ABC of P6,686,171.90, which will be procured by this province thru “NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT – Two Failed Biddings”, in accordance with the provision of Section 53.1 of the revised IRR of RA 9184.
Please submit ELIGIBILITY DOCUMENTS, TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS and FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS required during the negotiation conference on February 23, 2021 (Tuesday) at 10:00 in the morning at the old SP Session Hall, Capitol Dumaguete City.
Note: Proof of payment of bidding documents – P5,000.00 (Non-refundable)
