NOTICE OF NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
(Two Failed Biddings)

TO ALL INTERESTED BIDDERS
We are pleased to invite you in our negotiation conference for the project requirements “To hire contractor to provide materials, labor and equipment for the: 1) Concreting of Farm to Market Road, So. Punglo Brgy. Sto. Niño, Tanjay City, Negros Oriental; 2) Repair/Improvement of Romero Bridge, Brgy. San Isidro, Tanjay City, Negros Oriental; 3) Rehab. & Improvement of Inawasan-Aliis Road, Pal-ew-Sto. Niño Road Section, Tanjay City, Negros Oriental; 4) Improvement of Sto. Niño-Calicanan Road, Tanjay City, Negros Oriental” with total ABC of P4,495,890.09, which will be procured by this province thru “NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT – Two Failed Biddings”, in accordance with the provision of Section 53.1 of the revised IRR of RA 9184.
Please submit ELIGIBILITY DOCUMENTS, TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS and FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS required during the negotiation conference on February 03, 2017 (Friday) at 11:00 in the morning at the old SP Session Hall, Capitol Dumaguete City.
Note: Proof of payment of bidding documents – P5,000.00 (Non-refundable)
All interested bidders are required to submit an Affidavit of Site Inspection certified by the Provincial Engineer before they are allowed to get the bidding documents from the BAC Secretariat.
Please be guided accordingly.

Submitted documents without proper tabbing and not book bounded is automatically disqualified.
