NOTICE OF NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
(Two Failed Biddings)

TO ALL INTERESTED BIDDERS
We are pleased to invite you in our negotiation conference for the project requirements “To hire contractor to provide materials, labor and equipment for the: 1) Rehabilitation/Improvement of Tampi-Siapo Provincial Road, San Jose, Negros Oriental, 2) Improvement of Road at Barangay Cancawas, San Jose, Negros Oriental, 3) Concreting of Access Road to Resettlement Site, Barangay Sto. Niño, San Jose, Negros Oriental” with an ABC of P2,842,152.99, which will be procured by this province thru “NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT – Two Failed Biddings”, in accordance with the provision of Section 53.1 of the revised IRR of RA 9184.
Please submit ELIGIBILITY DOCUMENTS, TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS and FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS required during the negotiation conference on February 3, 2017 (Friday) at 10:00 in the morning at the old SP Session Hall, Capitol Dumaguete City.
Note: Proof of payment of bidding documents – P3,000.00 (Non-refundable)
All interested bidders are required to submit an Affidavit of Site Inspection certified by the Provincial Engineer before they are allowed to get the bidding documents from the BAC Secretariat.
Please be guided accordingly.

Submitted documents without proper tabbing and not book bounded is automatically disqualified.
