NOTICE OF NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT

TO ALL INTERESTED BIDDERS

 

We are pleased to invite you in our negotiation conference for the project requirements Project 1: One (1) Lot Construction Materials for use in the Improvement of Road in Judyville Subd., Boloc-boloc, Sibulan, Negros Oriental; Project 2: One (1) Lot Construction Materials for use in the Repair of Judyville Subd., Boloc-boloc, Sibulan, Negros Oriental & Project 3: One (1) Lot Construction Materials for use in the Continuation of Road Repair at Judyville Subd. Road, Brgy. Boloc-boloc, Sibulan, Negros Oriental” with an ABC of P1,296,714.50, which will be procured by this province thru “NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT – Two Failed Biddings”, in accordance with the provision of  Section 53.1 of the revised IRR of RA 9184.

 

Please submit ELIGIBILITY DOCUMENTS, TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS and FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS required during the negotiation conference on July 11, 2019 (Thursday) at 10:00 in the morning at the old SP Session Hall, Capitol Dumaguete City.

 

Note:  Proof of payment of bidding documents  – (Non-refundable)

P500.00	– For partial bidding 50% & below of ABC
P800.00	– For partial bidding above 50% but not to exceed 75% of ABC
P1,300.00	– For partial bidding above 75% of ABC

Submitted documents without proper tabbing and not book bounded is automatically disqualified.
