AGREEMENT OF POSTPONEMENT

 

       WHEREAS, on March 20, 2020, a schedule for the procurement activities for various bidding projects was set starting at 10:00 o’clock in the morning, viz:

 

  1. Submission & opening of bids for the requirements “Rebidding: To hire contractor to provide materials, labor, and equipment for the Construction, Upgrading, Expansion, Repair and Rehabilitation of Cong. Lamberto Macias Memorial Hospital, Siaton, Negros Oriental” (Bid No. B-28-2020, ABC P7,029,000.00) **Source of Fund: Responsibility Center: 20201050-01(14)39IT**

  1. Approval of various Purchase Request and Job Order under the Alternative Mode of Procurement: shopping/negotiated/agency-to-agency/direct purchase.

 

  1. Opening and award of various RFQ’s under Alternative mode of procurement: shopping/negotiated/agency-to-agency/direct purchase.

 

  1. Other Matters   

 

WHEREAS, during the scheduled period of the above procurement activities, there is an insufficient compliance of the quorum requirement, therefore, it was agreed by the BAC Secretariat, End-users, Technical Working Group and the bidders who were present to move/reset the conduct of the above-mentioned procurement activities from March 20, 2020 to March 26, 2020(Thursday) at 1:30 in the afternoon of the same venue;

 

       WHEREFORE, after presenting the situation and upon thorough deliberation, the parties MUTUALLY agreed among themselves to move/reset the conduct of the above-mentioned procurement activities on March 26, 2020(Thursday) at 1:30 in the afternoon of the same venue.

 

*For items enumerated above which are due for submission of bids, the BAC will not accept bids submitted later than 10:00 o’clock in the morning of this day, March 20, 2020.
