Addendum No. 1

This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of the additional requirements in the technical specifications for the requirements “To furnish Security Services good for seventy-eight (78) Security Guards to perform duties from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014 to the different offices and hospitals of the Provincial Government of Negros Oriental, 24 hours for 7 days a week with at least eight (8) hours per shift under Bid No. B-160-2013 with an ABC of P12,946,349.83”, viz:

 

  • Bid Securing Declaration as one of the alternative Bid Security is accepted 
  • Cost breakdown under p. 47 of the bid docs

 E. VAT (7% of C)

– the correct computation is 5% final VAT and 2% EWT of D

 

 

Bidders are enjoined to take note and consider the following changes in the preparation of their bids.
