Addendum No. 1

 

            This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of some changes and/or modifications introduced by the Bids and Awards Committee for the requirements “20,000 packs Essential Health Care Package (EHCP) for the Oral/Dental Hygiene Care Program, provincewide, province of Negros Oriental (ABC P4,000,000.00)” (Bid No. T-39-2011) 

 

Notice is hereby given that due to some clarifications raised by some interested bidders, a  2nd Pre-bid conference is scheduled on April 27, 2011 at 1:30 in the afternoon.

 

Bidders are enjoined to take note and consider the following changes in the preparation of their bids.
