Subject : Public Auction of Unserviceable Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) System
This Supplemental Bid Bulletin No. 01 is being issued to notify all prospective bidders of the rescheduling of the Bid/Offer Submission Deadline due to the declaration of a regular holiday on April 9, 2026, in observance of Araw ng Kagitingan (Day of Valor).
Accordingly, the revised schedule for the Bid/Offer Submission Deadline is as follows:
| April 13, 2026 | Deadline for submission of sealed bids/opening of bids at the Provincial General Services Office, Capitol Area, Dumaguete City. (3:00 p.m.) | – Submission of Bid Form, Bid Security Bond and other pertinent documents. |
| April 14, 2026 | Evaluation of Bids by the Appraisal and Disposal Committee and Issuance of Notice of Award. | – preparation of Abstract of Bids and Notice of Award to the winning bidder
– furnish copy of the Notice of award to the winning bidder. |
| April 15, 2026 | Payment and Actual Disposal of the properties subject of the public auction. | – Payment of the Bid Price by the winning bidder.
– Winning bidder should pull out all properties subject to the Award within 15 Calendar days from receipt of the Notice. |
All other terms and conditions of the public auction remain unchanged.
