Additional requirements in the Terms and Conditions:
- Must have a business establishment/office and valid business/mayor’s permit within Metro Dumaguete area as a requirement during post-qualification
- Must have Service Center within Metro Dumauete area
Bidders are enjoined to take note and consider the above mentioned additional requirements in the Terms and Conditions in the preparation of their bids.
